Lest We Forget

Explosion aboard USS Shaw, destroyed at Pearl Harbor.

I'm ashamed of myself for not remembering to do a Pearl Harbor remembrance post in advance and then not being up to it last night. I had the honor of knowing one survivor of the battle but he's been gone for several years now, as have most of the people who were there that day.  Those who are still with us deserve to know we haven't forgotten.

Michelle Malkin has a great post on the matter here.

Don't miss Chaplain's Message on Pearl Harbor Day at Blackfive.

Update:

While we're at it, don't miss Remembering the Mighty ArizonaLest anyone think I don't check the calendar..., "This is not a drill!", Pearl Harbor Posting, or The attack on Pearl Harbor remembered 64 years later, then follow the links from those post for more.
